Monoflip
About

Who flipped the table?

Monoflip is a property game made by a small crew of friends who love the classic, and got tired of the parts that weren’t fun.

Why it exists

You know the classic: the game that starts with big plans and ends three hours later with one person winning and everyone else long gone. Go broke in round twenty and you watch the rest from the sofa. Get ahead early and nobody can touch you.

So we kept everything we love (buying cities, building hotels, the trades, the trash talk) and flipped the rest. Nobody’s out: go bankrupt and you get one Russian-roulette shot at a comeback. Nobody’s safe: draw the Nuke and the whole table votes on whose city disappears. Turns are quick, cards are wild, and it all runs in a browser with one link.

The crew

Blitz
Chief Table Flipper

Builds the game, breaks the game, rebuilds it before anyone notices. Reads every /feedback note, even the ones typed in all caps after losing Tokyo.

Amitez
Creative Director of Shady Deals

The most creative of the bunch, which is exactly why you should never trust a trade he offers. If it looks like a gift, read it again. Then say no.

SVJ
Head of Wild Ideas

Rarely wins, never runs out of ideas. Brings the technical brains, and some of the craziest things on this board started as an SVJ “what if…”.

Naresh Unc
Rent Immunity Enthusiast

Would happily skip a hotel for one round of not paying rent. When not dodging landlords, is off fiddling with AI agents to see what they’ll do next.

Shush
Professional Survivor

Never, ever wants to be the first one out. Forget being last at the table: for Shush, winning means somebody else went bankrupt first.

Minidrafter
The Watcher

Plays for everyone else more than himself. Sees the deal coming three turns away, tips off the table, then sits back and watches it all unfold.

And to everyone who has ever typed /feedback at 2am after losing Tokyo: thank you. You’re part of the crew too.
